Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Standard Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Confirmation: Once placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification containing your real-time tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Domestic US Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days post-fulfillment.
• Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days post-fulfillment (available at checkout).
• Shipping Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on delivery location and selected service level.

Returns, Refunds & 1-Year Warranty

14-Day Return Policy (Unopened & Unused Items)

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unopened condition.

• Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed factory packaging, complete with all included accessories (Custom Travel Pouch, QR Digital Pass, and protective packaging).
• Hygiene & Safety: Due to health and hygiene standards for personal fitness equipment, items showing signs of use or unsealed packaging cannot be accepted for standard returns.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return freight costs. We recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service.
• Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of warehouse inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

Every Abs Only Pro system is backed by our 1-Year Hardware Warranty.

• Coverage: If your unit experiences a structural failure, frame defect, or hardware breakdown under normal, intended personal use within 365 days of delivery, we will dispatch a 100% free replacement unit.
• To File a Claim: Email support@absonlypro.com with your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and 1–2 photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because our California fulfillment center processes orders rapidly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.

• To request a cancellation, email connect@absonlypro.com immediately with the subject line: “URGENT: Cancel Order [Your Order Number]”.
• If your order has already entered warehouse fulfillment, it cannot be canceled mid-transit and must follow our standard 14-day return procedure upon arrival.
